Bio

Oladimeji Waheed Adeboyejo is a seasoned accounting, audit, tax and advisory professional with over twenty years of experience across financial reporting, assurance, taxation, IFRS conversion, management consultancy and financial advisory services.

He has built a strong career supporting organisations with statutory reporting, audit and assurance, regulatory compliance, financial management, tax planning and business improvement. His experience also includes exposure to banking operations and international remittance processes, giving him a solid understanding of financial systems, controls and regulated operating environments. In addition, he has international audit experience, which has broadened his insight into cross-border reporting and assurance practices.

Oladimeji combines technical knowledge with a practical and solutions-focused approach. He has worked with clients on a wide range of finance and reporting issues, helping them strengthen controls, improve reporting quality, navigate compliance requirements and make informed financial decisions.

He is also deeply committed to knowledge sharing and professional development. Over the years, he has facilitated training in accounting, IFRS, taxation and finance for professionals and students, and has contributed to continuing professional education programmes as a guest lecturer.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, holds the ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting, and is an Associate Member of the Accounting Technicians Scheme. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Olabisi Onabanjo University with Second Class Upper honours. Oladimeji is recognised for his professionalism, analytical strength, integrity and commitment to delivering high standards of service.
